We collaborate with businesses with character, as well as offering unique and fantastic quality food.Boomtown's ethos has a huge focus on sustainability, so please bear this in mind when submitting your application.
Trading days are from Wednesday to Sunday, all traders must arrive and be fully set-up by Tuesday so pitches can be signed off by our H&S team. Please note Boomtown is a Cashless festival, more info will be provided to successful applicants. By being a Cashless event we are able to lower the up front costs for traders and work on a revenue-share basis to make the festival more accessible for a wider variety of food businesses. We are looking for stalls that look good as well as serving great food, here is a chance to show off your set up! We are more likely to book aesthetically pleasing stalls that fit with the festival environment.
Please share your full menu, including your 2026 prices, so we can review your complete offering.This will be the menu your application is assessed and accepted on, so be sure to include as much detail as possible.
At Boomtown, we want everyone to feel welcome and cared for - and that starts with food.
We will prioritise traders who can offer at least one substantial meal option priced at £10.00 during the selection process, to ensure that everyone can enjoy a good meal at an accessible price.
If your application is successful, it will be a condition of your agreement that this meal option is available throughout the event.
How many staff tickets and vehicle passes do you need?
If your application in successful you will also be asked to provide a food hygiene certificate, proof of public liability issuance, risk assessment, fire risk assessment, gas safety certificate (where applicable) and employer liability insurance.
